Notes from the Community
"I didnt' know what to expect. But I never imagined I would be treated with such decency and compassion. I will never forget that they helped me in a time of need and that they did so with nothing less than life-affirming goodwill."
Sincerely,
Mary Connell
"As a recently separated single mom with a couple of little children and on very limited income, I cannot even begin to say how very blessed I feel that this resource was available for us, and I wanted to let you all know that your efforts and work in the community are simply amazing. "
Thank you again!
Sincerely, Edna Vail

competent men I have long encountered."
Sincerely,

The agency has a Weatherization File Color Coding Policy to identify what departments have made certain changes in ink. This is used for tracking purposes. They also have a File Order checklist. This is a great form of internal controls for quality control that the agency has put into practice.
