In order to qualify for any of the programs offered by CRP’s Housing Division, you must be a resident of Sacramento, Sutter, or Yuba County. However, similar services are offered in counties throughout California. Click HERE to find contact information for service providers in your county.
All of the programs offered by Community Resource Project, Inc. are income-qualified. Specific income guidelines are based on the number of people in your household and vary by program. To find out if you are income eligible for the weatherization program, please call: (916) 567-5220 ext. 2229.
HEAP Program income guidelines are shown below. Gross (before taxes) monthly and annual figures represent the maximum total income of all persons residing in the household. Please note, these are the income guidelines for the HEAP Program ONLY.

NOTE: Annual income amounts for family sizes greater than six persons are determined based on the following calculation: add 3% to 132% for each additional family member; multiply the new percentage by the yearly dollar amount $56,101.00 (four person family). Example – 7 person household: 132% + 3% = 135%; 135% x $57,291.00 = $77,343.0 (rounded). $77,343.0 / 12 = $6,4425.25 per month.
