In order to qualify for any of the programs offered by CRP’s Housing Division, you must be a resident of Sacramento, Sutter, or Yuba County. However, similar services are offered in counties throughout California. Click HERE to find contact information for service providers in your county.
All of the programs offered by Community Resource Project, Inc. are income-qualified. Specific income guidelines are based on the number of people in your household and vary by program. If you are interested in participating in the Solar for All California Pilot Project, please call (916) 567-5220 ext. 2224 to speak with an eligibility specialist.
In addition to geographic location and income, applicants meeting the following criteria will be given first priority for assistance.
- High energy burden
- Has an resident in the household that is part of a vulnerable population (i.e. seniors over 60 years of age, disable persons, and children under 5 years of age)

NOTE: Annual income amounts for family sizes greater than six persons were determined based on the following calculation: add 3% to 132% for each additional family member; multiply the new percentage by $47,200.00, and divide by 12. Example: 7 person household: 132% + 3% = 135%; 135% x $47,200.00 = $63,720.00. $63,720 / 12 = $5,310.00 per month.
